Here is the newest addition to our farm family. I'snt he the cutest? He's the first calf we have had this year, and we are expecting about fifty more. Spring is almost here. The snow is almost gone. This is my most FAVOURITE time of year!!!

Here are a few pictures that I took this morning on my way out to my parents house today. I love the wide open spaces here, as depicted by the photo below. I wouldnt trade it for anything.

I thought of a great idea today, a photo idea, but I wont be able to put it into place until May or so. Sometime in the spring. Maybe again the fall, I will repeat it. So stay tuned!

Whats with the weather this winter? More snow than I can remember for a long time! We used to get a ton of snow when I was a kid, but for the last bit, not so much. Now this year its coming down constantly... today it was warm enough to melt some, now its freezing, and tomorrow rain. Fun driving conditions, indeed!
